10:00 am PLAYER'S MEETING 10:30 am SHOT GUN START Come join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Alta Vista Golf Ranch in Victor, Colorado for the Double Down for the Byway disc golf tournament! This doubles tournament will have a shotgun start and take place on an 18-hole course at 9,400 feet altitude. Participants can look forward to a closest-to-the-hole prize on hole 16 and the opportunity to win amazing door prizes. Lunch will be available on site. The Cresson Mine's $1.2 Million Month
In a single month, the Cresson Mine near Victor produced $1.2 million in gold from an incredibly rich vug (cavity lined with crystals). Over its lifetime, the Cresson yielded $45 million in gold, making it one of the most productive mines in the district.
High Park Road's Rolling Meadows
High Park Road traverses some of the most scenic high-altitude meadows along the Gold Belt Byway. The route passes through open parklands with stunning views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and offers excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing, including elk, deer, and wild turkeys.
